We have charged three people with murder and another man with threatening with an offensive weapon in a public place, following the death of 37-year-old Danny Fowler in Market Rasen on Thursday 12 March. Detectives from our Major Crime Unit (MC) submitted a case file to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) yesterday evening, and overnight have had the charge of murder authorised for the following people: In addition, Shannon Doocey and Townhill have been charged with having an offensive weapon in a public place and having a bladed article in a public place, respectively. The CPS have also authorised the charge of threatening with an offensive weapon in a public place for: All four have been remanded into custody for a hearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday, 16 March). A 26-year-old woman has been released on conditional police bail while investigations continue. | ||
